ingredients:
- 4 hibiscus infusers
- 1 bottle of White Wine
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- soda water
- garnish with wheel of orange

recipe:
- slice or dice fruit any way you like, reserve one orange for garnish wheels
- add 4 hibiscus infusers, fruit, and a ¼ bottle of the wine to a pitcher
- shake pitcher back and forth to release the hibiscus flavors
- add balance of wine to pitcher and refrigerate overnight
- fill chilled cocktail glass with ice; pour sangria and some fruit
- add a splash of soda water and stir
- garnish with a wheel of orange
(use any seasonal fruit)
