ingredients:
- hibiscus infuser
- 3 oz. silver rum
- ½ oz. triple sec
- 3 stems of mint
- juice of ½ of a lime (1 oz.)
- splash of soda water
- garnish with lime wedge

recipe:
- muddle 2 stems of mint leaves with lime juice
- add hibiscus infuser, rum, triple sec, and ice to cocktail shaker
- shake vigorously for 30 Seconds
- fill tall cocktail glass with ice
- add muddled mint, shaker contents, and a splash of soda water
- stir and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge
