RETURN & REFUND Policy and Procedure:

im-bure inc. guarantees 100% satisfaction on our cocktail infusers. In order to receive a full refund of infusers (sorry, shipping is not refundable), please make sure to include the following with your return:

• 1. Infusers in its original packaging. Please make sure to seal the bag prior to shipping.
• 2. Copy of shipping invoice.
• 3. Please print this document and affix the return address to ensure proper delivery of
  your return.
• 4. All return refunds are processed 7-10 Business Days from receipt of return. We are not
  responsible for when your credit card or bank posts credits to your account.
• 5. To ensure delivery of return, we recommend using delivery confirmation and tracking
  option with desired delivery method.
